There is no fixed universal price for customized stainless steel tubes. Winsco Metal manufactures decorative, hot/cold finished, automotive exhaust, sanitary and drinking water tubes, and the final cost changes significantly depending on multiple customized parameters. We provide factory-direct pricing without middleman markup.

For reference, standard SS201 decorative welded tubes with simple brushed finish are the most economical option. Bulk orders are calculated by weight or per meter. SS304 decorative tubes cost higher than SS201, while SS316 is the most expensive due to molybdenum alloy content, ideal for coastal and high-corrosion environments.

Surface treatment adds extra cost. Basic No.4 hairline is cheaper; mirror polishing and PVD colored coating raise the unit price. Sanitary tubes with ultra-smooth inner polishing and drinking water tubes meeting hygienic standards command higher prices than regular decorative tubes. Automotive exhaust tubes with high-temperature resistance also carry premium pricing.

Secondary processing such as laser cutting, bending, drilling, chamfering and custom marking increases total cost. Small trial custom orders have higher unit price because of mold setup and machine adjustment. Larger bulk volumes enjoy discounted unit rates. Additional requirements including MTC certificates and SGS or TUV third-party inspection also generate extra charges.
