How to apply for Saudi Arabia SABER certification? It is divided into two parts: PCOC + SCOC
Part 1: PCOC certificate product certificate
1. Importer registers the Saber platform system account
2. Importer enters the application information into the Saber system Saber importer registers to obtain Saber account and password. The information to be entered includes:
(1). The company name and address of the importer. Importer's business registration number CR number, contact person's name, position and electronic signature
(2). Name and position of the person in charge, electronic signature
3. Personal ID number
4. Importer selects a conformity assessment certification body in the SABER platform system
5. Pay the PCOC certificate fee,
6. After receiving the application, the certification body contacts the manufacturer exporter to provide certification documents (GCC class provides GCC certificate, lamps provide CB EER IECEE registration documents,
7. Evaluate the certification documents and submit the approved documents to the saber platform
8. Saber platform issues PCOC certificate online, valid for 1 year
Part II: SCOC certificate - shipment certificate
For products not subject to Saudi Arabian technical regulations, you can directly apply for shipment in the form of a certificate
1. Importer submits SCOC application to the saber department
2. Verify controlled products and submit conformity documents
Conformity documents: certificate or self-declaration, packing list, invoice, bill of lading, etc.
3. Saber platform issues SCOC certificate online, the certificate is only valid for the batch of imported goods
