Winsco Metal has a standardized customization workflow for stainless steel tubes, covering decorative tubes, hot/cold finished tubes, automotive exhaust tubes, sanitary tubes and drinking water tubes. This clear process avoids misunderstandings and ensures the final products match your design and international standard requirements.
Step 1: Submit your custom requirements. Send us drawings, sketches or samples, with details such as tube shape, OD, wall thickness, length, material grade, surface finish, applicable standard (ASTM, DIN, EN etc.) and application environment. Our technical team reviews your design, checks manufacturability and gives professional recommendations for grade selection and tolerance control.
Step 2: Quotation and sample confirmation. We prepare a formal quotation based on your custom specs. If needed, we produce pre-production samples for you to verify dimension, surface and quality. Once you approve the sample and price, we sign a sales contract to lock all customized parameters.
Step 3: Arrange production after deposit. After receiving your deposit, our factory schedules the customized production. During manufacturing, we control dimensions, welding, polishing and surface treatment strictly according to agreed specifications. We send production photos or videos for your progress tracking.
Step 4: Inspection and document preparation. When production is completed, we conduct in-house QC inspection. MTC material test certificates will be prepared. SGS or TUV third-party inspection is acceptable at this stage. Any non-conforming items will be reworked before packing.
Step 5: Packing and shipment. After inspection passes and balance payment is received, customized tubes are packed with waterproof film and plastic end caps for sea transport. We prepare all export documents and arrange shipment.
