Which stainless steel grade should I choose?
SS304 is widely used for decorative and architectural applications. SS316 offers higher corrosion resistance for coastal or demanding environments, while SS201 and SS430 can suit cost-sensitive indoor projects. We can recommend a grade after reviewing the application.
Can you match a custom PVD color?
Yes. Gold, rose gold, champagne, black, blue and other finishes can be produced. For critical projects, please provide a physical color sample and approve a production sample before the bulk order.
Can you produce custom dimensions and short lengths?
Yes. Tube dimensions, wall thickness and cut lengths can be customized within production feasibility. Short lengths are available for samples, processing and economical shipping.
How do you protect the decorative surface?
Protective film can be applied, followed by bundled or case packing according to the tube size, finish and shipping method. Packing details are confirmed before production.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide the material grade, shape, outside dimensions, wall thickness, length, finish, quantity and destination port. Drawings or photos are helpful for special profiles and custom processing.
