Product Overview
This elbow provides a smooth right-angle direction change in a matching 25.4mm stainless steel tube assembly. The 66mm arc supports compact architectural detailing while allowing the welded joint to be blended and refinished for visual continuity. Confirm the tube OD, wall thickness, grade and surface before production.
Fitment requirement: The target outside diameter is 25.4mm / 1 Inch. A nominal 25mm tube is not automatically interchangeable; actual tube dimensions and joint tolerance must be confirmed.

Recommended Welding and Finishing Sequence

- Square-cut, clean and deburr both mating tube ends.
- Align and clamp the components in a 90 Degree fabrication jig.
- Tack weld symmetrically and complete the approved TIG weld.
